Complimentary WiFi

Complimentary WiFi is included for all guests and is accessible in all areas of the Resort – the network is kcc-guest. Your unique password will work on up to 3 devices. While our Reception team can provide limited assistance with your device, we do not have an IT person onsite to ensure connectivity with your device.

Airport Transfers

Complimentary pre-booked transfers to and from the airport (to meet commercial scheduled flights) are available with 48 hours’ notice or when made upon booking accommodation. We can also book last minute transfers for you which will incur a fee payable direct to our third party provider To Your Door. Bookings are essential for all transfers and can be made at Reception or by dialing ‘9’. All To Your Door transfers leave from Reception one hour prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

Swimming Pool

Our sparkling pool is available to guests from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. Great to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing, it is also a popular event location year-round. Locals also enjoy the pool as Day Guests or Members. The rules are posted in the pool area. Parents & guardians of children under 18 are responsible for ensuring those in their care understand the rules and follow them at all times.

Tour Desk

Our knowledgeable local staff can provide you with local tour and activity information and can make reservations for you. Whether you want to plan scenic cruises and flights or simply fill a couple of hours between activities, our team will be able to help. Don’t forget to ask for our Walking Map!

Business Services

A photocopier, scanner and fax machine is available at Reception. These business services are available during Reception hours on a fee for service basis. A conference room is available for hire onsite. Guest Laundry/Valet Services

Coin operated washing machines and dryers are available 24 hours a day and we also offer a Valet Service.
